V+ 은/ㄴ 뒤에도
It is attached to the stem of an action verb to show the situation or the condition that was expected to be ended with the antecedent clause still continuing.

You should use '-ㄴ 뒤에도' if the stem of an action verb ends with a vowel or 'ㄹ'. If it ends with another consonant, you use '-은 뒤에도'.

밥을 먹은 뒤에도 배가 고파서 간식을 자꾸 먹게 돼요.
I get hungry and keep eating snacks even after a meal.

부모님과의 통화가 끝난 뒤에도 눈물이 멈추지 않아요.
I can't stop crying even after the phone call with my parents.

시험이 끝난 뒤에도 수업이 있으니까 끝난 것 같지 않아요.
I don't feel like it's over because I still have classes after the exam.
