V/A+ 는/은/ㄴ 걸 보면
It is used with an action verb or descriptive verb stem. It is used when the speaker expresses the contents of assuming, evidence, and reason. At this time, the evidence of assuming the content is confirmed by the speaker directly, and ‘-는/은/을 것 같다’, is a guessing form of how the verb comes in the following clause.

‘-는 걸 보면' is used if it ends with verb stem of an action verb, ‘있다',’ 없다'. ‘-ㄴ 걸 보면' is used if it ends with a vowel or with ‘ㄹ' of a descriptive verb stem. ‘-은 걸 보면' is used if it ends with the rest of consonants of a descriptive verb stem.
