V+ 으래요/래요.
It is used after an action verb and is used when you deliver the commanding message to others.

It is an abbreviation form of ‘-으라고/라고 해요' ‘-래요' is used when it is an action verb ending with vowels or ending with ‘ㄹ', otherwise, ‘-으래요' is used for ending with the other consonants.

의사 선생님이 담배를 끊으래요.
Doctor asks you to stop smoking.

저 사람들이 시끄러우니까 좀 조용히 하래요.
Those people told me to be quiet because we are noisy.

선생님께서 내일까지 이 숙제를 하래.
The teacher told me that you must finish your homework by tomorrow.
