A unique type of house has been developed because of the heavy snowfall in this area.

이곳은 투자 가치가 높은 까닭에 많은 투자자들의 관심을 끌고 있는 곳입니다.
This is where many investors are paying attention because it has a high investment value.

그 회사는 인력이 부족한 까닭에 운영에 어려움을 겪고 있습니다.
The company is having a hard time managing because it lacks manpower.
