1. 한 칸에 한 자씩 쓴다. 하지만 알파벳과 숫자는 한 칸에 두 자씩 쓴다.
One letter per space. But alphabets and numbers - two letters per space.

주의
숫자의 경우 한 칸에 두 자를 씁니다. 124'를 쓰는 경우라면 '12'를 첫 칸에, '4'을 다음 칸에 씁니다.
In case of numbers, write two numbers per space. 124'- 12' in first space, '4' in the next space.

알파벳의 경우 '대문자'는 한 칸에 한 자를 씁니다. For 'Capital' alphabets, one letter per space.

2. 문장 부호(?: 물음표, : 마침표, , 쉼표, : 느낌표 등)도 한 칸을 차지합니다.
Punctuations (?: Question mark, .: Period, ,: Commas, !: Exclamation mark) are per space. 

3. 문단의 첫 머리는 한 칸을 비우고 둘째 칸부터 쓰기 시작합니다. 새로운 문단이 시작될 때마다 첫 칸을 비워야 합니다.
Leave one space blank when starting a paragraph and start at the second space. When starting a new paragraph, leave the first space blank.

주의 
줄의 맨 끝이 비울 값이 없을 경우 다음 줄 첫 칸을 비워서는 안 된다. 이런 경우 줄의 맨 끝에 띄어 쓰기 표(v)를 하고 다음 줄 첫 칸을 붙여 쓴다.

If there are no empty spaces at the end of a line, do not leave the first space blank on the second line. In this case, mark with a (v) at the end of the line and no blank space when starting the second line.
